Processing and Delivery Times:
- Processing: After you place your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it.Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require some additional processing time.
- Delivery: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days.
You will receive an email with a personal tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package through our shipping partner. More details on tracking your order can be found on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order

Package lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a replacement package before proceeding to a refund. If the order has not been received 30 days after shipping, we can process a refund.
