  1. Introduction
    This legal notice governs the use of the services of Grand Arbre. By using or visiting our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms are governed by United States law.

  2. Definitions

    • Cooling-off period: The period during which the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
    • Customer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with Grand Arbre.
    • Day: A calendar day.
    • Sustainable agreement: A distance agreement regarding a range of products and/or services that are delivered over a certain period.
    • Sustainable data carrier: Any tool that allows the customer or Grand Arbre to store information, enabling future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
    • Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the customer to terminate the distance agreement within the reflection period.
    • Distance agreement: An agreement that is concluded exclusively using one or more techniques for distance communication, up to the moment of concluding the agreement.
    • Distance communication means: Means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the customer and Grand Arbre being physically present at the same time.
  3. Applicability
    These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Grand Arbre and to every distance agreement concluded between Grand Arbre and the customer. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before concluding the agreement that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at Grand Arbre and will be sent to the customer free of charge upon request.

  4. The Offer
    If an offer has a limited validity period or is made under certain conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Grand Arbre .All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and cannot be the basis for compensation or termination of the agreement.

  5. The Agreement
    The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions. If the customer has accepted the offer electronically, Grand Arbre immediately confirms the receipt of the acceptance electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the customer can terminate the agreement.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    When purchasing products, the customer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving any reasons within 14 days. This period starts the day after the customer or a representative designated by the customer receives the product.During the reflection period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify Grand Arbre in writing or via email within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must then be returned to Grand Arbre within 14 days in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

  7. Costs for Withdrawal
    If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer has made a payment, Grand Arbre will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, provided that the product has been received by Grand Arbre or there is conclusive evidence of complete return shipment.

  8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
    Grand Arbre may exclude the customer's right of withdrawal for customized products, clearly personal products, perishable products, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, and for audio or video recordings or software whose seal has been broken. The right of withdrawal is also excluded for services related to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period, fully performed services with the prior express consent of the customer, and services related to betting and lotteries.

  9. The Price
    During the validity period specified in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates. Grand Arbre may, however, offer products or services with variable prices if they are subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which Grand Arbre has no influence.

  10. Conformity and Warranty
    Grand Arbre ensures that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the existing legal provisions and/or government regulations at the date of the conclusion of the agreement. Defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days after delivery.Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

  11. Delivery and Execution
    Grand Arbre will exercise the utmost care in the receipt and execution of product orders and in the assessment of requests for the provision of services. The delivery address is the address that the customer has communicated to Grand Arbre . In case of delivery delays, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement at no cost and is entitled to any compensation.

  12. Long-term transactions: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
    The customer can terminate an agreement for an indefinite period with a notice period of up to one month. Fixed-term agreements will not be automatically renewed unless specified, with different conditions as described above.

  13. Payment
    Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the customer must be paid within 7 working days after the start of the reflection period. The customer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in the provided or stated payment details to Grand Arbre .

  14. Complaints Procedure
    Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted in full and clearly described within 7 days after discovering the defects to Grand Arbre .

  15. Disputes
    Only US law applies to agreements between Grand Arbre and the customer. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the US.

  16. Prices and Rates
    Special additional customs duties and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
