1. What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Switzerland?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Switzerland, with no minimum order amount.

2. What are the shipping costs to other countries?

We offer paid shipping on all orders to other countries.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require additional processing time.
  • Delivery time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days.

4.Do I receive a tracking code for my order?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal tracking code via email. This allows you to track your package through our shipping partner. More information can be found on our  Track & Trace page.

5. Can I have my order shipped the same day?

For requests regarding same-day shipping, please contact our customer service by phone. Our service team is happy to assist you in making the right choice.

6. What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If your product is damaged during transport, we will provide a new package free of charge the first time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. If it goes wrong a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

7.How can I place an order on your website?

  • Proceed to checkout: Check that you have selected the correct variants and click on "Proceed to checkout."
  • Fill in your details: Enter the correct address information on the information page and click on "Continue to shipping."
  • Check shipping details: Confirm your address details and note that every shipment is completely free of charge. Click on "Proceed to payment."

  • Complete order: After selecting the payment method, click on "Complete order" and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.

9. What should I do if my package is lost?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before arranging a refund. If the order has not been received 30 days after shipping, the order can be refunded.
