Return and Refund Policy

 

At Grand Arbre, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are ready to assist you with a simple return process.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: At Grand Arbre , you can return unused loafers within 100 days after receipt. All other clothing items can be returned within 14 days.
  • Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, with original labels and tags attached. The packaging must be undamaged, and the items must show no signs of use.
  • Refusal of Return: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by Grand Arbre may be rejected.

Required Track & Trace for Returns
Ensure that your return shipment always includes a tracking code. Returns without tracking are at the sender's risk, and we cannot process refunds for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: For a return label, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to info@grandarbre.nl. This also informs us that your return is on its way.
  2. Processing the Return: Once we have received your return, you will receive a notification via email.
  3. Refund: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we have received your return.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please send an email directly to info@grandarbre.nl.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size?
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, please contact us. We will send you the correct item free of charge.

Lost Package
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send a replacement package. Orders that are not received within 30 days after shipping are eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns of non-defective items to cover processing and restocking costs.Ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition for a return.
